About myself
Hello, I'm Graham, I'm passionate about fitness, a lover of the outdoors, and an adventure enthusiast. Physical activity, whether it's cycling, badminton, weightlifting, skiing, or skating, is where I find true joy. Transformational Movement Lessons (TML) have been transformative for me, enhancing the coordination and organization of my movements, while also bringing peace to my mind. I feel invigorated and alive after these lessons.

At the age of 18, I started on my body modality career as a Neuromovement practitioner (Feldenkrais). I discovered my passion for helping individuals, both adults and children, on their transformative journey through movement challenges. The joy and purpose it brings to my life are unparalleled. Early on, I recognized my calling: to aid people using the power of touch and movement.
There's a particular soft spot in my heart for babies and children. Their irresistible cuteness and boundless love create a unique connection that fuels my dedication. The turning point in my journey was a shadowing experience alongside ABM practitioner Dan Ouellette. Witnessing children immersed in Neuromovement lessons ignited an indescribable excitement and sense of purpose within me.
What resonated deeply was the gentle approach, focusing on meeting each child exactly where they were in their development and establishing authentic connections throughout the learning process. This philosophy felt inherently right, confirming that I had found my path in facilitating growth and exploration through movement.
In 2019, I completed the ABM Neuromovement practitioner training program under the guidance of Anat Baniel in the USA. Since then, I've had the privilege of assisting numerous individuals, both children and adults, facing diverse conditions and obstacles. My work has involved collaborating with individuals dealing with conditions such as cerebral palsy, autism, Down syndrome, various genetic disorders such as spinal muscular atrophy, gross motor delays, stroke, chronic pain, car crash recovery, and more.
After 6 years of practice, I felt inspired to further expand my knowledge. In 2024, I received my Registered Massage Therapy Diploma from MH Vicars School Of Massage Therapy, pursuing a comprehensive 2200-hour diploma. delving deep into human anatomy, functionality, various pathologies, and orthopaedic assessments, as well as learning new musculoskeletal techniques to better help my patients.
I am continuing this learning trend, currently a first year student in a comprehensive 5 year Osteopathy program in Vancouver at the Canadian Collage Of Osteopathy.
I work with both children and adults, helping them overcome limitations and continue their lifelong journey of learning and development. My ultimate goal is to guide these individuals in surpassing their limitations and difficulties, enabling them to achieve a higher level of movement proficiency and an improved overall quality of life. It has been an incredibly fulfilling journey, and I remain deeply committed to helping people conquer challenges and reach their full potential through the principles of ABM Neuromovement. I consider myself truly blessed to be doing this work, and I absolutely love it.

My Mission Statement
My mission is to empower both children and adults, providing them with a supportive foundation for improvement. I'm dedicated to meeting my clients exactly where they are in their current life stage and helping them through their challenges.
Through our collaboration, my aim is for clients to experience a transformation in their physical well-being. I want them to emerge from our sessions feeling more at ease, agile, flexible, and mobile in their bodies. Together, we'll work on assembling the smaller building blocks of movement into a seamless and efficient whole, eliminating any existing difficulties.
Ultimately, my goal is for clients to awaken to the vast potential that resides within them, recognizing the incredible possibilities that await.
